An AI company, not an agency.
We build the systems, we run the services on them, and we ship the proof. The difference is the layer around the model.
The layer around the model
A model is not a moat. What decides whether an AI system is safe to put in front of a client is everything wrapped around it.
Zedlav is an AI company based in the Philippines. We run digital marketing, web development, and operations automation, and we build the systems those services run on. The work in our portfolio is in production, not in a deck.
Our systems are built with gates that refuse to run. A build that fails its ship barrier does not ship. A deploy to a target that is not on the allowlist does not go out. A claim that cannot be traced to a source does not get written. The network fails closed. Client engagements stay separated from each other by construction, not by policy.
These are not guidelines that a careful operator remembers to follow. They are enforced in code, which is the only version that survives a busy week. Behavioral rules drift the moment context gets compressed. Controls that are wired into the pipeline cannot rot.
Every engagement narrows before it widens. A problem statement, then analysis, then one blueprint, then a go or no-go decision made by a person. No-go is a real outcome and it happens. Only after that gate does anything get built, hosted, and put live. The team directs and the system builds.

How we decide things
Four rules that settle most arguments before they start. They are the reason some work gets turned down.
Enforce it or drop it
A rule that depends on somebody remembering it is not a rule. If a control cannot be wired into the pipeline as a gate, it does not get promised to a client.
Ship, then describe
Nothing goes on this site until it is running. Designed-but-not-deployed lives in the scope note, not in the pitch.
No-go is an outcome
The go/no-go gate is a real decision made by a person. Turning a build down early costs a conversation. Turning it down late costs a quarter.
You own the exit
Your cloud or our edge, and the artifacts are yours either way. Leaving is a decision rather than a project.
What we are not claiming
Everything on this site is shipped. These are not, and they will move into the main copy the day they are.
| Model agreements | No signed no-training agreement with a model provider. |
|---|---|
| Retention | No documented retention period, and no automated offboarding purge with proof of deletion. |
| On-prem history | Deployment to client-owned hardware is supported. No client system has run on it yet. |
Send the problem.
Not the spec.
One sentence on what is slow, manual, or breaking is enough to start. You get a blueprint conversation, not a sales call.
